What is CrossFit Endurance?

CrossFit Endurance is a program dedicated to improving performance, fitness and endurance potential. This conditioning plan increases power and speed, while decreasing recovery time, reducing injury and promoting preservation of lean tissue.

When is CrossFit Endurance?

9:00 - 9:30 am Monday & Wednesday (Endurance Blast)
5:30 - 6:30 pm Tuesday
4:30 - 5:30 pm Thursday

How much does it cost???

It's free for members! If you are not a member and just wanting to participate in Crossfit Endurance, you can purchase a Crossfit Punchcard and come on in!

Who is CrossFit Endurance for?

You! CrossFit Endurance can be used alone or in conjunction with a CrossFit program. This conditioning program can be used to train for an endurance run or give you the extra edge in your daily workout. Don't run? Need to learn how? CFE coaches are trained to teach you how to run with the most efficient, correct form.
