WHAT IS CROSSFIT 101?
CrossFit 101 consists of three 1-hour classes where we will cover all the barbell, kettle bell, and gymnastics skills you will need to succeed! Lindsay (our CrossFit 101 coach) will be there to "show you the ropes" and make sure you’re comfortable with the movements and methodology of CrossFit. Be excited!
WHEN IS CROSSFIT 101?
CrossFit 101 is usually offered Mondays and Thursdays between 4:30 and 6:30 PM. But we’re flexible and can schedule you at a time that is convenient. To get started, contact Lindsay at 713-470-7719 or email@example.com.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST???
Your first week is totally free!!! That way you can see the gym and try it out without having to worry about getting a membership just yet. Once you’re sure that you love us, we can talk about the membership options.
WHO IS CROSSFIT 101 FOR?
101 is for anyone and everyone who isn’t an experienced CrossFitter. This is your opportunity to get to know all the ins and outs from the ground up. The classes are kept small so you get plenty of help and attention. The whole point of the class is to make sure you feel comfortable and happy with everything.
