CrossFit is a great way to stay active during the summer break. If you're a teacher or have a student in high school, sign up for our three-month Summer Fitness program! Spots are limited, so sign up today!
Q: Who can participate? How much does it cost?
This program is open to all high school students and to all teachers (i.e. regardless of what grade you teach). It starts June 1 and ends August 31. The cost is a one-time non-refundable fee of $150 per person.
Q: What if I've never participated in CrossFit before?
That's OK! All new members will participate in a CrossFit 101 class, where we teach them how to safely perform the most common CrossFit movements. Once you complete registration, we'll contact you to schedule the introductory session.
Q: What class times are available?
This program gives access to our regular CrossFit and CrossFit Endurance classes. It also allows you to attend our weekend nutrition seminars and other specialty classes available to members.
Q: What movements will I be doing?
You'll be participating in our regular CrossFit or CrossFit Endurance classes. All of our classes are led by coaches who will work with you to determine the appropriate scaling and loading for each workout.
Q: Is childcare available?
Yes, childcare is available for all our class times (except our 5:00 AM class). The cost is $30 per family per month. You can sign up online.
Note: Be sure to select June 1 as the start date for your childcare membership.
