Training sessions last for 1 hour unless otherwise specified.

Drop In Policy

If you have done CrossFit before, drop in! We have a first time drop in fee of $20, and you get a shirt! Drop in again, and it's free!

You can register online to sign your waivers and pay the drop in fee. When you arrive, please let the coaches know that you have done CrossFit before and are dropping in.
